Facility Access & Usage
Availability Time: 11:00 on the booked date until 07:00 the following morning.
Key Collection: Keys are available at security. The responsible person renting the facility must sign them out and back in.

Capacity: The facility accommodates up to 40 people.
Amenities: Six steel folding tables and forty plastic chairs are available. There is a bar counter with a 350-liter fridge with freezer compartment.
User Provided Items: Guests must supply their own charcoal, cutlery, tablecloths, etc.
Important Considerations
Power Outages: The facility does not have a backup electric generator. An electric socket is available in a demarcated area for guests to connect their own generator at their own risk.
Liability: Renting the facility is at the renter's own risk. Columbus will not be responsible or liable for any equipment or vehicle damage or loss, or for physical or bodily harm to any individual.
